What You’ll Be Doing (A.K.A. Your Daily Scroll)
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute cutting-edge strategies that capture attention, drive engagement, and respect the timeless principles of brand storytelling.
- Content Wizardry: Manage and oversee the creation of compelling posts, stories, videos, memes, GIFs—you name it. Your content will not only entertain but also deliver measurable results.
- Campaign Management: Lead paid social media campaigns that understand both the magic of organic reach and the science behind algorithms.
- Community Engagement: Be the authentic voice behind our brands, fostering genuine interactions and building loyal communities.
- Influencer Management: Secondary to your social media reign, manage influencer partnerships with the same rigor as traditional media relationships. Think of it as adding a modern twist to our time-tested networking playbook.
- Trend Spotting & Analysis: Monitor social trends like a hawk, pivot strategies when needed, and always be ready to adapt—because while trends change, quality and authenticity never go out of style.
- Mentorship: Share your wealth of experience with junior team members, combining innovative tactics with tried-and-true marketing wisdom.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with creative, digital, and PR teams to ensure our campaigns are as cohesive as they are clever.
What We’re Looking For (No Fluff, Just Facts)
- Experience: 5-7 years in social media—agency or in-house. We need a proven track record that isn’t just smoke and mirrors.
- Platform Pro: Deep knowledge of all major social channels—Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube—and the agility to master any new ones on the horizon.
- Campaign Savvy: Solid experience managing large-scale campaigns and understanding how to leverage paid media for optimal reach.
- Content Creation & Analytics: A creative storyteller who isn’t afraid of data. You can craft a killer caption and break down metrics like a pro.
- Influencer Know-How: Experience managing influencer collaborations, ensuring that each partnership aligns with our brand values and delivers real results.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
