Here’s what you’ll be doing (and it's more than just pixels):
- Dream up compelling concepts and designs that reflect your unique style, talent, and maybe a bit of madness.
- Flex those art direction muscles with skills in color theory, typography, and composition that go way beyond the basics.
- Adapt to different brand vibes—whether it’s sleek and corporate or bold and quirky—you’ve got it covered.
- Create designs across every medium under the sun: social, digital, video, packaging, and point of purchase, just to name a few.
- Collaborate with a team of creative dynamos (Creative Directors, ACDs, and Copywriters) to make the magic happen.
- Own your projects from start to finish, keeping things on time, on budget, and looking sharp.
- Stay on top of industry trends, pushing boundaries and bringing fresh ideas to the table every day.
What You’ll Bring to the Party:
- A Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in an ad agency or design environment—enough to know your stuff but still hungry to learn more.
- Mastery of the Mac and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Animate, Illustrator, XD).
- A killer portfolio that shows off your versatility, with stellar examples of design, color, photography, logo work, and typography.
- A self-starter vibe and a “bring it on” attitude, ready to tackle any project that comes your way.
- Solid communication skills—you play well with others and can navigate any team dynamic.
- A love for organized chaos. You’re detail-oriented but can handle a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with style.
