Account Manager

With 6 to 8 years of experience under your belt, you’ll help our clients build their brands while you help us build ours.

Here’s what you’ll be up to (it’s pretty awesome):

  • Be the force that drives projects forward—collaborating with subject matter experts and teams across the agency to make sure everything stays on track and delivers results.
  • Lead multiple mid-to-large projects from kickoff to delivery, handling everything from strategy development to timeline management, client communications, and ensuring file delivery.
  • Become a master of our clients’ industries—get to know their businesses inside and out so you can provide solutions that hit their objectives out of the park.
  • Manage client budgets like a pro and ensure projects stay profitable while still exceeding client expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by meeting regularly to identify opportunities, discuss strategies, and help guide their success.
  • Identify opportunities for new business and organic growth to keep the momentum going.
  • Enjoy working in-office. We thrive on collaboration, face-to-face communication, and the energy that comes from being together—this role is best suited for someone who loves being in the office and feeding off the creative buzz.

What you bring to the team:

  • 6 to 8 years of account management experience, preferably in an agency or corporate marketing environment (B.S. in marketing, communications, or a related field required).
  • Proven experience juggling multiple projects, timelines, and clients like a pro—your time management skills are top-notch.
  • You’re a self-starter who isn’t afraid to be assertive. You can drive projects forward with confidence, speak up when necessary, and always have a plan to keep things on track.
  • Strong presentation skills—you’re comfortable leading the conversation both internally and with clients, making sure everyone’s on the same page.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a keen ability to manage multiple client budgets without breaking a sweat.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, friendly, and creative environment—whether you’re working independently or as part of a team, you get things done and go the extra mile for your clients.
  • You know your way around Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
