Here’s what you’ll be leading:
- Be the strategic driver for multiple client accounts, proactively identifying opportunities and navigating challenges with a solutions-first mindset.
- Build and foster trusted relationships with clients, serving as their go-to strategic partner while working seamlessly with agency teams.
- Lead and manage mid-to-large projects from start to finish, handling everything from timeline management to strategic development and file delivery.
- Dive deep into client industries, becoming an expert in their business goals and challenges to deliver impactful solutions.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and communication teams to execute marketing strategies that meet and exceed client objectives.
- Oversee budgets and forecasts with precision, ensuring profitability and staying ahead of financial goals.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering their professional growth while ensuring project excellence.
- Drive new business opportunities and organic growth to expand our client partnerships.

What you bring to the team:
- 10 to 15 years of account management experience in an agency or corporate marketing environment (B.S. in marketing, communications, or a related field required).
- Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale projects while juggling multiple priorities with ease.
- Strong presentation skills— you’re a confident presenter who can lead client conversations and bring teams together.
- Strong budget management expertise and a knack for finding opportunities to increase revenue.
- Experience in agriculture, pet care, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is a big plus.
- A deep understanding of digital media, analytics, and paid media strategies.
- A natural ability to inspire and lead, whether working independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to keep everything running smoothly.
