At first glance, Brighton Agency is not unlike hundreds of other offices and advertising agencies sprinkled throughout the Gateway City. Peek inside, however, and you’ll see that Brighton— or Brightonia, if you’re one of us — is a unique and special place.

We’re proud to be in “the business of creativity,” and we take a strategic, creative approach to helping our clients solve their business problems in the agricultural, healthcare, pet and CPG sectors. But it’s our unique “work hard, play hard” culture that sets us apart. We enjoy an annual agency winery outing in the summer and Zufallig (German for “random”), a themed cocktail party, in the fall. There was a friendly demolition ball game last winter and an in-agency, 9-hole mini golf course this spring. Not to mention, Friday happy hours, barbeques during every home Cardinals game, book club, movie outings, trivia competitions, a farmers market, agency sports leagues, quarterly Bring Your Dog to Work Days, yoga classes, volunteerism opportunities, a robust intern program and much more — and we do it all while striving to forge long-term relationships with our clients and producing great work.
