Group Creative Director
Before joining Brighton in 2014, Marty worked at Paradowski Creative and Group360 building over 17 years of experience in B2C, B2B and CPG marketing. He developed promotions, point-of-sale displays, social media, direct mail, packaging and experiential events for clients including Goodwill, Deloitte and Anheuser-Busch. Here, he’s a Team Lead for the Agriculture and Life Science team who brings his passion for information-driven design to work for clients like Bayer, Deltapine, MilliporeSigma and more. Marty often works closely with account managers, strategists and content teams to develop visual creative strategy and direction to guide the look, feel and tone of an overall product. He also co-manages the agency’s Creative department, leading with confidence and purpose but never afraid to get into the weeds (literally) on any project to make sure we deliver the best for our clients.
Though he’s often playing chauffeur for his kids, Marty enjoys experimenting with his own “arts and crafts”— pieces that belong more in the museums he frequents than on the refrigerator. A self-proclaimed history buff, he should be your first call for the next trivia night.
